2024 was a great year for RPGs. I didn’t play all the ones I wanted, but the ones I did play were pretty incredible.

Star Wars: Outlaws. Just you and your "cat" against the galaxy.
This game took a lot of flack for being a buggy mess when it came out, but at least on the PS5, it’s a fun, if slow paced, open world adventure in the Star Wars universe.

I wasn’t sure what to think about SOE’s Clone Wars Adventures when I first read of it. A kid-oriented, “freemium” MMO set in the Star Wars universe? With SOE’s Star Wars Galaxies out for years and Bioware’s Star Wars: The Old Republic set to tear things up next year, is there really any room for yet ANOTHER MMO set in the same universe?
