Finished with Pokemon Scarlet/Violet… again… with a strange little episode about a Pokemon who forces people to do the chicken dance?

For Christmas, I got two more entries in the Tactics Ogre/Ogre Battle series… one I have played before, and the other is going to need some work to be able to play… and understand.

Cyndaquil’s Trainer sends it out against impossible odds on day 8 of the #Pokemon #AdventCalendar! Rowlet is the star of today’s #Pokemon #AdventCalendar! The Pokémon are not being kept safe in today’s #Pokemon #AdventCalendar: Jurassic Park edition. Totodile reigns supreme in today’s #Pokemon #AdventCalendar! In honor of Shinx joining the crew, the advent calendar Pokémon decide to line up like a rainbow. Candyshark meets Triceratops in a Pokémon/Jurassic World #AdventCalendar battle for the ages! I was looking back at the pictures I’ve taken of the #Pokemon #AdventCalendar figures and realized that Alcremie was in most of them, this one included. Wild! Geodude dashed out of the house when I opened the door. He just wanted to hang out with some friends. The entire Pokemon Advent Calendar crew wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2024!

I finished the main plot and a bit of the post-expansion content for Pokemon Scarlet/Violet’s first DLC, “The Teal Mask”. Now that it’s over… was it worth playing?

Anyone who doesn’t think we will be catching these three legendary Pokémon at some point has clearly never played a Pokémon game.

It’s not really hard to defeat Mewtwo if everyone is on the same page. I did it both times with Mew; once built for support, once built for damage.

Retro World Expo has been defeated by us. Here’s the games we ripped from its steaming corpse.

Mewtwo is coming to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in a 7 star Tera raid. I’ve had exactly zero luck winning any 7 star raids so far. This time, I plan to be prepared.

If I die, let it be beneath a mound of unplayed video games. Might as well accept the inevitable, right?
