Valkyria Chronicles mission: Wildwood Warfare at Kloden Objective was to occupy the enemy base. The company commander wanted us to take a tank platoon – A Platoon – through a heavily fortified frontal route, while a smaller infantry platoon – B Platoon == came around the less-fortified back. This battle took place in the forest, so I swapped out all my city loving, nature hating squad members for ones that appreciated the outdoors like Welkin does. More “It’s a Wipe” progress. We’re getting toward the end of the game. Twin Statues – my strat from yesterday worked. Just kill them evenly and you win. It took awhile, since only half the dps was working at any one time, but didn’t have any issues. Pimple of Cthulu – The Pimple occasionally charms one of the raiders, who will begin attacking a member of the party. Every so often, the Pimple summons some tentacles, who begin crawling toward certain party members. I have no idea what they would do if they got there, as I focused dps on them when they popped. Easy fight, and that was it, Insect Temple was defeated. ...

Prophet Dung Beetle – kill the P.D.B. until it splits into three colored beetles, and kill them according to the order of the color in the rainbow – Reg/Orange/Yellow/Green.Blue/Indigo/Violet. I’ve been trying this fight for weeks until it just occurred to me today what the trick was. Princess Bee – Princess Bee retaliates any damage done to her, so have healers do quick heals on the most damaged raider and expect any low HP raiders to die. The boxes contain fire bombs and respawn if killed, so just ignore them. Focus on Princess Bee and hope she dies before you do. ...
