I played a few MMOs this past year. Here’s some of my favorites, including two from way back when.

Tactics RPGs have been a favorite of mine since Final Fantasy Tactics. These are the best strategy/tactics RPGs I played in 2024.

If you’ve ever punched a tree, you’ve played a survival crafting game. There were a lot of these in 2024. Here’s the ones I played.

2024 was a great year for RPGs. I didn’t play all the ones I wanted, but the ones I did play were pretty incredible.

They were a mainstay of 80s gaming and then all but disappeared until Portal revolutionized the genre. They are still some of the most fun you can have on a computer.
